| I have ordered 6 pairs of these boots over the last two years. The first pair finally gave up after miles of hiking, ATV'ing and motorcycling. The quality is consistent and the comfort level is perfect for my needs. I have a couple clean(er) pair to wear around the city and a couple of dirty pair-wear them in the woods and for construction projects. While they work well in colder weather keeping your feet unexposed from the elements they also work in warmer climates. The synthetic uppers are worry free as they never require treating or weatherproofing. The soles grip better than most vibrams I've used in years past. A cost effective pair of hiking boots vs the ridiculous prices they're asking for good hiking boots these days. I prefer Merrell over Keen's design any day. |

| The boot is excellent for snow and ice. Not only do the boots keep the feet warm and dry, they also are very comfortable. I would highly suggest these boots! |

| The color around the shoelaces area is not black as displayed in the picture but light grey matching the color on the sole. I wanted black boots and did not get what I order. Unfortunately I live outside USA so I won't be able to return them. |

| I happily purchased these boots thinking that they would be a durable and comfortable work boot. Unfortunately they are not. The soles are seperating and the rubber next to the laces at the toe of the right boot has split. Too bad the return policy is what it is . Someone else that I work with has had a pair of these boots for 3 years with no problems. That was the main reason that I purchased these boots. Never again will I buy Merrell Products. |
