| We just started opening windows for the 2009 calendar - and for the Dec. 3 window, the picture was for a sled but the pieces were for a X-mas tree. This is our first year trying out this calendar and we're very disappointed to come across this total mis-match so early in the month. |

| Although it is a bit expensive and it was slow to arrive... this advent calendar is worth it. We are saving it for next Christmas but it is tough... my boys can't wait to tear into it. |

| Talk about a neat advent calendar! We were very confused, however, upon opening the box as to what to do with this set. We actually are rocket scientists here and since there were no instructions, you have to flim-flam around until you figure out the picture. Anyway, upon opening the box, there is a beautiful Christmas scene with the Lego city boats transporting numerous Christmas trees. Behind each door is a picture of what is supposed to be built for the day, and it's quite fun punching the door open to discover which item is going to be built for the day. My only complaint with this set is that it would be an entire different experience if Lego would change it to actually build something like, say the boat they pictured on the box. Maybe build a piece of it each day. Other than that, it's just a very neat to make the town come alive with Christmas Anyway, grab this set, you WON'T be disappointed! Recommend! |
