| Everything I read about this particular shoe indicated that Rockports "white" was now more of a "bone" color. I was reluctant to order because of that but am now glad that I did. The color turned out to be more of an egg-shell color and I really like it. |

| Product is great! My husband has neuropathy and the Rockport Men's Prowalking shoe is wonderful for his feet. This will be the tenth pair of Rockport shoes that I have purchased; and, I will continue to buy them in the future. A reasonably priced shoe with great benefits for the walker. |

The shoe was presented to me as what I know to be a costly high quality shoe that I have bought 3 times before, a Rockport Lunesdale ProWalker.
There was, in one place on your site an actual depiction of the shoe being an actual "Lunesdale", a $125 shoe, with the word, "Lunesdale" appearing in the description of the product, together with a photo. "The price you asked was very attractive and the shoe "style" was "S__T". These are Rockport ProWalkers, but they are not the shoes you promoted on your site, telling me a dirty lie.
You just gave me a list of "Stars" to rate your product. I was not permitted to chooose zero Stars, and forced to choose at least one to continue; but you are to understand it is a zero Star product.
You gave me a little list of reasons for me to select one to tell you why I was returning my shoes so you could judge if it was my fault for buying foolishly or your fault. This, so you could determine which of us would pay for return shipping.. "Poor Quality" was not on that list. Neither was "Other" on that list. Why not?? Forced to choose in order to proceed, I chose the option: "Style not as expected". Then when I returned the shoe I was told that my trouble with my purchase, "The Style", was my fault and you deducted $4 from my refund for shipping costs to return it. This actually happend!
I'd like to get the merchandise you offered and I ordered, at the agreed price, less pain and suffering. Isn't that f__king fair??? You have wasted a lot of my __d damn valuable time. |
